It took time to realize that I am living a lie
This supposed freedom it's the first reason of our strife
Our ancestors fought and died in a war with no spoils
And lived in an oppressed society with no freedom of speech
I can't believe
Of what I'm seeing
Trapped
In this liberal dictatorship
The ones before us fought with carnations
And they accomplished their goals
We all knew that is not with peace measures
That we'll win this war of mind pressure
Unwittingly oppressed 'till death
It's time to rise
Our bleeding knuckles up high
It's not carnations that will make the difference
25th was the most beautiful day for some
Apparently a regime has fallen without a sound of a gun
There's nothing more dangerous that a rebellion of poor people
Starving for freedom
And the history will repeat
It has begun the awakening
In the end we will see
A pile of bodies with carnations in the streets
